Previous British Broadcasting Corporation Advisers Face Parliamentary Questioning After Assertions of Partiality in Leaked Memorandum

She initiates by giving context to the disclosed memo written by Michael Prescott and released in the Telegraph.
"It is not my wish for the BBC slanting this way or that way, I simply desire it straight, unbiased and just," he says.
In response to a query whether he thinks the BBC is systematically partial, Prescott responds: "Absolutely not. To be clear, numerous aspects the BBC does is world class - encompassing informative and non-factual shows."
But he adds: "There exists substantial tasks that needs to be done at the British Broadcasting Corporation."
A further ex-adviser British Broadcasting Corporation adviser examined by the group, Caroline Daniel, states she regards the BBC very seriously and that it maintains a "ongoing system and lively discussion" regarding evolving and intricate topics.
"Was the BBC ready to conduct a thorough discussion and argument and implement changes?" she questions. "From my perspective, yes they were."
